14 future 'Usahawan Bakarih Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah' received the entrepreneurial capital assistance under the Welfare Financing Scheme totalling to BND34,047. Held at Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Complex in the capital, the capital assistance allow recipients to develop their planned businesses.

It was handed over by Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Nazmi Mohamad, Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports as Member of the Yayasan Board of Directors and Chairman of the Yayasan Aid Review Committee. Under the scheme, participants are required to undergo several training programmes conducted by Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah in collaboration with LiveWIRE Brunei. Also present was Doctor Dayang Nor Imtihan binti Haji Abdul Razak, Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Development as Acting Managing Director of Yayasan.
